I like to experience anything in my daily life to fulfill the project to be more accessible and convenient for people. I observe human behavior to build my human-centered design database.
The direction of my career is to implement human-centered design.
I aim to improve the user and customer experience through visual design and service design.
I believe many future fields will be based on niche trends and online reach. I base this evaluation on account how social media orients its recommendations by the user’s search data.
The business needs to focus on the user’s experience to create a more personalized and comfortable setting for their customers, which also can establish a closer relationship or attachment to the platform and brand.
I am an international student, but the position doesn’t stop me from learning about the American marketing environment of reality stores and online stores. I observe the strategies of retail shops and Amazon, such as PayAfter, BOGO, Happy Hour, Prime Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and so on. I enjoy the marketing strategies around us to make shopping more fun. And I won’t stop learning from the world.
